Olivier grew up in a Christian family and was converted at age twelve. From this time, he felt the Lord calling him into His service, and at age twenty-two, entered an Evangelical Bible school for training. It was here that he met Denise, who had also grown up in a Christian home and was |

converted in her late teens. She longed to help Olivier in the ministry that God would give them. After marriage, they discovered the Doctrines of Grace through the ministry of Pastor Stuart Olyott in Lausanne. They enjoyed his training for five years before Olivier left to continue his theological studies at the Aix-en-Provence Reformed Seminary. It was at this time that Lausanne Reformed Baptist church called Olivier to replace Pastor Olyott in the ministry. Having served as pastor of this church for twelve years, Olivier ad Denise are being sent out to plant Reformed Baptist churches among the French-speaking people of Switzerland. Olivier and Denise have three sons, Loic, Sylvain and Joel. As several French-speaking Reformed Baptist churches are being raised, the elders of Lausanne are thinking about a way to develop more formal links between them in order to strengthen our fellowship. | |
